Most RV claims are underpaid for one reason: the first estimate is written from exterior photographs, and an RV hides its damage behind the skin. We document at intake, tear down, photograph what is actually there, and submit a supplement before the work proceeds.
We bill direct to Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, AAA Enterprises, Mercury, and every other major carrier.
Your insurer cannot make you use their shop
California Insurance Code section 758.5 prohibits an insurer from requiring a specific repair facility. They may recommend one, and they have to tell you that you are not obligated to use it.
This matters far more on an RV than on a car, because the pool of shops that can do the work is small and a network shop with no coach experience will underwrite your claim on automotive assumptions.

Intake documentation
Photographs and measurements before anything is touched. This record is what the entire claim rests on.
Teardown and discovery
Panels come off. On an RV this is where most of the actual damage appears for the first time.
Supplement to the carrier
Hidden damage is photographed and submitted before we proceed, not raised at the end.
Repair in shop
Structure first, then panel, then refinish. Nothing cosmetic goes on before the structure is back in spec.
Quality check and water test
Multi point inspection and a water test before the vehicle leaves the property.

Do you serve Buena Park?

Can my insurance company make me use their shop?
No. California Insurance Code section 758.5 prohibits an insurer from requiring a specific repair facility. They can recommend, and they must tell you the choice is yours. You pick the shop and the carrier pays the claim.
How long will my RV be in the shop?
A contained single panel repair is usually one to two weeks. Major collision work with cap replacement or structural correction commonly runs four to twelve weeks, and most of that is waiting on parts. RV manufacturers build caps and skins in batches, and older model years take longer.
Do you work on commercial trucks and fleets?
Yes, for body, paint, structural, and equipment installation. The collision shops inside Buena Park city limits are set up for light vehicles and at least one publicly caps at 3.5 tonnes, which excludes most box trucks. We handle medium duty chassis as routine work.
Will insurance pay to rebuild my camper van conversion?
It should, if the build is documented. Adjusters see a cargo van VIN and value it as one. We photograph and itemize the entire conversion at intake and submit it with the estimate, which is the difference between a paid rebuild and an underpaid claim.
Do you offer mobile or on site service?
No. All work is performed at the Yorba Linda facility, where we have the frame equipment, the lift capacity, and the paint booth. Structural repair and refinishing cannot be done correctly in a driveway, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
