The short answers

Do you charge for estimates: Yes. $150 written estimate, $285 first diagnostic hour, both credited against an authorized repair.
What are your rates: Body and paint $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical $260, diagnostics $285, detail $95. All posted.
Do you bill insurance direct: Yes, every major carrier. You pay your deductible at pickup and we invoice the carrier.
Can my insurer force me to use their shop: No. California Insurance Code section 758.5 says the choice is yours.
Do you do mobile service: No. All work is performed in shop at the Yorba Linda facility.
Do you work on my vehicle type: Almost certainly. All years, all makes, all classes, from Class B vans to Class A coaches, trailers, box trucks, buses, and Rivian.
How long will it take: One to two weeks for contained repairs, four to twelve for major structural work. Parts drive most of the variance.
Do you take fleet and municipal accounts: Yes, including purchase order billing and sequenced multi unit scheduling.
