What should I bring when I come in?
Your insurance claim number if you have one, your policy details, and any photographs you took at the scene. If the damage involved another vehicle, bring the report. If you have build documentation for a conversion or upgrades, bring that too, because it changes what the carrier will pay.
Do I need an appointment?
For an estimate, yes, so we can put the right person on it rather than whoever is free. Insurance walk ins are always welcome. Call (714) 909-1444 and we will find a slot, usually within a few days.
Can you tell me what it will cost over the phone?
We can give you the range from our posted catalog, and we will. What we cannot do is quote a specific number without seeing the vehicle, because on an RV the visible damage is consistently smaller than the actual damage.
