Who We Help

We work with five distinct groups, and each one needs something different. Private owners need the claim handled properly. Fleets need downtime managed. Municipal agencies need documentation that survives procurement review.

Private and recreational owners

Individual RV, fifth wheel, camper, and van owners, including full time RVers and snowbirds. The common need here is an insurance claim handled properly, because a private owner is negotiating with a carrier alone and at a large information disadvantage.

Overland and expedition owners and vintage coach owners fall here too, and both have the same problem: the vehicle has value the carrier's valuation guide does not recognize.

Commercial fleets and business operators

Fleet operators, delivery and logistics companies, construction and towing firms, RV rental companies, and dealerships. For all of them a vehicle out of service is a revenue problem rather than an inconvenience.

We sequence fleet work rather than batching it, so an operator retains capacity throughout, and we give a written schedule at authorization rather than status by phone call.

1

Mobile business owners

Food trucks, mobile clinics, grooming vans, salons, workshops, and retail trucks. The vehicle is the storefront, and the build out is usually worth more than the chassis.

The recurring failure on these claims is an adjuster valuing the VIN and ignoring the build. We document and itemize the build at intake so it is part of the claim from the start.

2

Municipal and government fleets

Cities and counties, school districts, fire and police departments, public works, parks, water and sewer utilities, and transit agencies.

Public agency work has two constraints private work does not: units are in public service so downtime is scheduled, and documentation has to survive a procurement review. Both are normal parts of how we write these jobs.

3

Insurance professionals

Adjusters, carriers, and independent appraisers. We are frequently the shop an adjuster sends a coach to when the assigned network shop has said it cannot take it.

For appraisers, we provide measured structural reports with photographs, which on an RV is usually the missing piece in a file.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take fleet accounts?

Yes, including municipal purchase order billing. We sequence multi unit work so an operator or agency keeps capacity in service, and we provide a written schedule at authorization.

I am an adjuster. Can you write a structural report?

Yes. Measured against published factory dimensions with photographs at every stage. That documentation is normally what is missing from an RV file, and it is a paid service credited against an authorized repair.

My vehicle is my business. How fast can you turn it?

Faster than a comparable recreational job, because we sequence revenue vehicles differently. The honest constraint is parts lead time, which we flag at authorization rather than at week three.
