We publish where to find our reviews rather than reprinting selected quotes. Google, Yelp, and Carwise all carry verified customer feedback on this shop, and all three are linked below so you can read the full picture rather than a curated one.
Read the reviews yourself
Selected testimonials on a shop's own website tell you very little, because the shop selected them. Verified third party platforms are harder to curate, so those are the ones we point you at.
Google: The largest volume of reviews on this shop. Linked from the footer and the map card.
Yelp: A second independent source with photographs from customers.
Carwise: Collision specific reviews, verified against actual repair orders.
Better Business Bureau: Complaint history and resolution record.
How we handle a bad review
We would rather fix the problem than argue about the rating. If a repair did not meet the standard, bring it back and we will look at it.
If something went wrong on your job, call (714) 909-1444 and ask for the shop manager before you write anything. Not because we want to head off a review, but because a review does not get your vehicle fixed and a phone call might.
