These terms govern your use of this website. Price ranges published here are estimates from our catalog and are not offers. A binding number comes from a written estimate produced after we have seen the vehicle.

Price ranges, timelines, and repair descriptions are provided for guidance. They reflect typical jobs and they are not a quotation. The actual scope of any repair is established at teardown, and it is common on RVs for the scope to exceed what was visible at intake.

Estimates, deposits, and payment
These are the commercial terms that apply to work performed at the shop.
Estimates: A written estimate is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is $285 for the first hour. Both are credited against an authorized repair.
Deposits: 50 percent at authorization on jobs above $2,000, plus an additional 25 percent when parts arrive on jobs above $10,000.
Special order parts: Require a full non refundable deposit at time of order, because they cannot be returned.
Final balance: Due at pickup. No vehicle leaves the property until it is paid in full.
Card surcharge: 3.5 percent applies to card payments above $1,000, a pass through of merchant fees.
Tax: Sales tax of 7.75 percent applies to parts and materials. Labor is not taxed.
