Where to read real feedback
A testimonials page is a shop quoting itself. It tells you what the shop wants you to read, which is not the same as what customers said.
The verified platforms are linked in the footer of every page. Read the negative ones too. How a shop responds to a bad review tells you more than a wall of good ones.
What customers most often mention
Across platforms, the recurring themes on this shop are the ability to take vehicles other shops declined, the documentation provided for insurance claims, and rate transparency.
The recurring criticism is timeline on complex jobs. That is usually parts, and it is real. When a cap has a twelve week lead time we say so at authorization rather than at week eight, but it is still twelve weeks.
